Responsibilities: 1. Understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process 2. Develop position profiles and postings that are thorough and attractive to potential candidates 3. Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking and status updates in the Hiring Management System. 4. Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration 5. Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.) 6. Conduct In person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview feedback session; provide follow up on interview as necessary 7. Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process including: offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process 8. Manage candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process 9. Partner with Talent Acquisition Back Office in candidate interview scheduling, offer letter and pre-hire On Boarding processes Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required 2. A minimum of 3 years in recruiting or related field; large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization preferred 3. A combination of direct hire search experience with a third-party recruiter and corporate recruiting experience is preferred 4. Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person interviews is required 5. Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies 6. Energetic, self- motivate with resilience 7. Strong work ethic and integrity 8. Good English and Mandarin
