The school trusts us to connect them with a proactive and nurturing 1:1 teaching assistant who can support their setting and students with a high quality of support and build rapport with students and staff. The school achieved a "Good" Ofsted report and values learning, sharing and respect with staff and students.

the requirements:
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one through Randstad).
- Understanding of SEN requirements.
- Previous experience supporting SEN children.
- Strong patience and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
the responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 with students to support learning.
- Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and activities.
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Help students remain focused and inspired towards the lesson plan and activities.
- Building rapport with students, teachers and parents/ carers.
