about the job
- Preparing a full set of construction accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly management accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense tracking, payment processing and payment receipt.
- Ensure a healthy cash flow management.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, and company secretary.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Director, you will be supported by 1 assistant. The current accounts are handled by an outsourced accounting team, you will be working closely with them to move the processing back into the company.
skills & experience required
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting. ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
- Local Malaysian with minimum of 8 years of accounting experience. Those with exposure in construction accounting will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
