We are a fast-growing digital aluminum printing company. Our team is super creative and we take good care of our customers. We enter 2024 with a team of over 150 employees. We're expanding our team to keep pace with our production. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to report to our CFO.

Responsibilities
Review and validate supplier invoices against purchase orders or other documents received from suppliers;
Sort and automatically generate supplier invoices in the NetSuite system, ensuring data accuracy;
Process payments to suppliers in Canadian and US banks and update ERP accordingly;
Assist with bank reconciliation for all supplier payments;
Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports;
Contact suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues, ensuring that credit notes are correctly and promptly applied;
Participate in the monthly closing of Canadian and U.S. operations.
Qualifications
Diploma (DEP or DEC) with at least two years' experience in accounting
At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable;
Excellent accounting skills and knowledge of various accounting software (Oracle, SAP, ( asset)
Knowledge of various online banking platforms an asset
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, functional French ( 7/10)
