Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a technical administrative assistant in Laval:
- Assist brokers in the execution of their tasks
- Prepare and send emails to brokers
- Reception and download of insurers
- Invoice transactions (new business, renewals, amendments)
- Digital and paper invoicing
- Perform the opening of new customer files in the system
- Classification and destruction of expired files
- Scanning of various documents
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Preparation of presentation binders
- Layout of various documents
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
To obtain this technical administrative assistant position :
- AEC or DEP diploma in secretarial work
- Experience in the field of administrative support
- Team spirit, ability to foster collaboration
- Organized, structured
- Rigorous, attention to detail and professionalism
- Communication and writing skills
- EXCELLENT French - grammar & spelling, syntax
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Knowledge of Keal (an asset)
- Experience in customer management (insurance, finance, banking, etc.)
- Basic / Functional English
