Our client in Boucherville, a leader in the distribution of products for construction, is looking for an administrative assistant to join the team in clerical tasks.

Responsibilities
As a admnistrative assistant here are the tasks to do :
- Follow up on potential projects, conduct research in specifications and calls for tenders regarding cities;
- Research potential clients on websites and/or association lists and send introductory emails to clients;
- Translate technical documents and update files;
Follow up and manage submissions, invoicing, and inventory;
- Manage the manager's schedule and plan technical team presentations;
- Update the website, under the supervision of management;
- Write website content for updates;
- Take notes at meetings and review, correct, and archive minutes;
- Use and maintain the CRM up to date.
Qualifications
Here is the profile sought for the administrative assistant position:
- Advanced English and French for client discussions and writing ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills;
- Structured and organized person and a capacity to be versatile ;
- Previous experience in the field.
