Responsibilities
As an Administrative Specialist, your duties will be:
•Preparing monthly expense forecast for IP & SG&A expenses
•Liaising with external partners to reconcile expense forecasts against executed programs
•Preparing monthly billing file for advertisers, reconcile partner statements, resolving billing issues, and generating invoices
•Reconciling billing & expenses for upload into Salesforce
•Following up with company Sales, work with AR to make sure payments are applied, and report on monthly distribution of aged balances.
•Managing adhoc finance and accounting requests involving data extraction, reporting and analysis
•Assisting advertisers and sales teams with billing inquiries, providing explanations of charges, and resolving billing related concerns or questions.
•Maintaining Records & Document Management
•Providing general administrative support:
oOffice support and Administrative Coordination
oMeeting Coordination & Scheduling
oResearch and Project Assistance
oManage Website Inquiries
oData Entry and Database Maintenance
oBasic systems support
oAssist with new team member onboarding
Qualifications
•Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
•Expert level Excel skills
•Strong Analytical skills
•Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
