Responsibilities
Verify invoices, validate, contest (if required) and prepare for payment;
Enter and scan all invoices into lease management software with appropriate notes;
Read, enter and update lease information into lease management software (i.e. new leases, renewals, subleases, landlord contact info, etc.) in a timely manner;
Prepare and send reports internally and externally as required;
Contact landlords to obtain operating statements and adjustments;
Perform desktop audits on client leased properties;
Identify potential full lease audit opportunities and communicate them to the Lease Auditor;
Quality control and verification of data input into lease management software (i.e. second review of all payments, invoicing, deposits, external reports, lease information);
Monitor changes and trends of industry common accounting practices;
Communicate with clients as required;
Other lease administration tasks as

Qualifications
Bilingual Lease Administrator with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting.
Strong customer service focused with effective communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple priorities while managing your own time and respecting required deadlines;
Detailed oriented with a focused and keen approach to carefully reviewing all work related incoming and outgoing information;
A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients;
Experienced with strong computer and software skills.
Summary
