Solicitud de asignación de tarjetas de vales de despensa, gasolina, viáticos
Armado y actualización de expedientes
Onboarding
Envío de documentación de personal para solicitud de alta
Atención a empleados respecto a temas de RH(dudas de nómina, pagos, problemas con apps).
Alta y administración de empleados en Kenjo
Compras de insumos para oficina
Apoyo con la organización de eventos de integración
Realización de reporte semanal de fichaje del personal
Realización y envío de comunicados
Creación y seguimiento a evaluaciones de desempeño
Entrega de uniformes, calzado de seguridad y herramientas de trabajo a empleados de nuevo ingreso
Control y resguardo de uniforme, calzado de seguridad, herramientas de trabajo, papelería
