The Financial Transformation Analyst reports directly to the Manager, Financial Transformation and is responsible for supporting and participating in financial transformation projects within the company. Responsibilities will also include optimizing and using existing financial systems and tools in place as well as analyzing, improving financial processes, and resolving issues related to financial processes and reporting.
He will also act as a liaison between the company's Finance department and the internal multidisciplinary parties, ensuring that the processes meet their needs and requirements.

- Identify and stimulate opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization of processes and/or systems.
- Analyze and collect documentation on current business processes.
- Develop recommendations to improve financial processes, including the design and implementation of new procedures.
- Recommend new solutions or new technological tools (Excel Macros, VBA, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Expertise in process design, process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Expertise and demonstrated knowledge of financial processes;
- Good understanding of financial information systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio) and SharePoint.
- Bilingual English/French (spoken and written).
