About You
You will hold a Diploma in Children’s Services or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Management experience
Experience in meeting safety and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children’s Check
First Aid certificate
The Role
Lead a team of educators to create a positive environment
Dedicated centre manager to help alongside you
Have a thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to implement across the service, ensuring this aligns with legislation and company policies, procedures and brand values.
Help support the centre manager in daily ccentre tasks
Be enthusiastic, positive, productive and approachable
Engaging with the community and families
