We are currently looking to meet with Acceptance Representatives with exceptional work ethic and people skills. You’ll be the first person our dealer network call when our guests apply for vehicle finance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to build and manage great professional relationships with the dealer network
  • Reviewing and making decisions on consumer and commercial credit applications and keeping our dealer network up-to-date on the status of guests’ finance applications during the process.
  • Lending responsibly through sound credit risk management and working within our credit risk boundaries.
  • Embracing zero-tolerance approach to the risk of fraud and upholding a high standards of compliance in your daily work.

  • You can work flexibly on a rotating roster - 7 days a week from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8:45am – 5pm on weekends.

We’d really value if:

  • You’ve worked in credit lending, asset financing or the automotive industry.
  • You have experience working in a high-volume, regulated processing environment such as a bank, finance or mortgage operations area
