Priding itself on continual improvement and promoting from within, they are currently seeking to employ an experienced Account Manager to join their Western Australia team based in the Wheatbelt region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will undertake a variety of diverse tasks aimed at generating new business opportunities and creating new revenue streams. You will be given a portfolio of key growth accounts to manage and grow whilst consistently seeking new business opportunities. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key clients across the distribution and reseller network and provide a consultative based sales whereby you analyze their needs and provide the product solution that will add value to their business.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 3+ years experience within a industrial sales environment along with a proven track record of achievement in terms of sales. You will have superior communication skills and the ability to negotiate with all levels of management. You will be able to build relationships with key decision makers and furthermore being the true business hunter you will be driven, motivated and have the ability to consistently meet realistic set targets.
