Account Manager | Luxury Goods

  • Full time Permanent Role offering $55k base + Commission +Bonus

Your new company is a market leader in their field, this globally recognised company is present in over 100 countries. Their mission is to help people live a better life through health and wellness. An exciting opportunity has now become available in their Australian head office where you can be part of a forward thinking, fitness oriented team of sales executives. This is an extremely fun and bright team who share a collective goal to be the best they can be whilst supporting each other along the way.

Your typical day will include:

  • You will manage your account execution plans to your customer portfolio
  • Actively work with sales team members to identify business opportunities and provide product advice to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and offer the right solution to reach their goals
  • Manage inbound customer enquiries as well as outbound customer follow ups
  • Collect and share market feedback with wider team, support business marketing initiatives
  • Manage fulfilment of customer quotations within expected delivery times.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Strong customer service/sales/retail/ fitness experience
  • Passionate about health and fitness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and strong customer relationships
  • Passionate about results, motivated by achieving targets
