With growth comes opportunity and we are now seeking a talented recruiter with a passion for building long term, meaningful relationships to manage our largest account in Victoria.

Based in the brand new, funky, agile working enabled offices in the Rialto, this role will see you inherit a significant porfolio of existing contacts (200) and a team of existing contractors (30). Your focus will be to manage these relationships effectively to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes and remain front of mind when these clients need new resources. In addition, you will leverage from these relationships to explore new opportunities across this client. During 2018, this client gave us 200 opportunities to service; all white collar.

You will be empowered to manage this account as you see fit. Most of your time will be spent on client facing or candidate engagement activities and being out of the office is actively encouraged. With the majority of client contacts being based in the CBD, a driving license isn't a pre-requisite. You will still be hands on in terms of filling roles but your background, in terms of sector expertise, is unimportant as full training can be given.

The team is diverse and multi-cultural; our commonality is the desire to be successful and deliver a great level of service to clients and jobseekers. During 2018, 4 team members achieved personal bests and the whole team were earning consistent commission. Future opportunity could include a team leader role - there is scope to grow this account to having a bigger account management team - or internal moves which are actively promoted.
