About our client:
Our client is a leading payments and prepaid company. They offer a range of solutions and in Australia focusing on loyalty programs for their clients. Originating from the United States, they have grown rapidly and have offices all over the globe. Their Australian business is doing extremely well and therefore they are looking to hire an Account / Client Manager to work within the Sales team.
About the role:
The role as Client Manager will have you work on a range of different tasks for our clients biggest customers. You will help manage the day to day activities as well as ad hoc projects that your customers request. You will help with presentations, be the first point of contact and always try to up sell as much as you can, although this is not a revenue generating role as such. The role will be challenging and not one day will look the same.
About the successful candidate:
The ideal candidate will be extremely good in multi-tasking, this is the kind of role where you have to be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. You will have excellent time management skills and you know your admin. We are looking for someone corporate and well presented. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills.
