Randstad Albury is seeking an experienced accounts/admin person to work a 6 week contract on a part time basis in Myrtleford. The role is working with an experienced and trusted winery in North East Victoria 2-4 days a week to cover a staff memeber on leave.

This role will include

  • Entering invoice
  • Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery dockets
  • Ensuring that all invoices have been authorised (handed out and received back from managers
  • Checking statements to ensure that we have received the invoices
  • Calling late payers, send additional invoice copies
  • Filing invoices
  • Data entry

To be eligible for this role you will need

  • Previous accounts and administration experience
  • Reliable transport
  • A can do attitude
