An opportunity currently exists to join a global organisation which aims to continuously improve the level of service and support they deliver to their customers. The position available is for an experienced accounts receivable / credit officer who has the skills and expertise to take ownership and manage their own portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Systematically action assigned accounts / debtors ledger
  • Provide high level of customer service and resolve enquiries
  • Follow up on all overdue accounts
  • Organise payment plans
  • Allocation of payments
  • Weekly reporting on DSO

To be considered for the role you will need to have the following:

  • Solid background within accounts receivable / credit control
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Systems experience including Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work autonomously
