Your new ​firm​

About you
You have a minimum 2 years administrative experience within an accounting firm and have a positive, can-do attitude. With a strong administrative background within accounting you have a good understanding of ASIC and tax standards. You are a quick thinker and capable of noticing areas for process improvement. You love to work around happy and like minded people who are driven and passionate about the business.

Your new role
As one of a team of 3 administrators working under 4 accountants you will manage ATO portal use. There will be client contact and phone dealings with the ATO and general admin duties where needed. You will have an understanding of job logins and job log outs and be using MYOB and Xero software, so previous experience or an innate ability to pick up new software is essential.
