Your new role:

You will be working for one of the largest and most recognized NSW Government organizations as an Administration Assistant. This particular NSW Government Organization fosters an amazing working environment and fantastic culture. This is an initial 2 month contract position with a strong view for extension. You will be required to provide quality and efficient administration services.

Your key duties will include:

  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Booking Travel Accomadation
  • Preparing papers and producing minutes.
  • Manage the diary and inbox of senior managers, track and follow-up on key actions.

The successful candidate will require the following:

  • A minumum of 2 experience in providing administrative assistance to senior management
  • Previous experience in a PA/EA position will also be highly regarded
  • Strong experience using the SAP system
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate to advanced level understanding of Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
