Randstad are currently partnered with a well known and established aged care provider who offer residential aged care and independent retirement living, right across QLD.

We are seeking a switched on empathic candidate who enjoys building relationships with customers and clients, preferably with aged care or heath experience. The successful candidate will be the face of the home, meeting and greeting patients on a daily basis, assisting with rostering of staff and providing administration support to the facilities manager.

This is a fasted passed environed and the successful applicant will enjoy working under pressure and enjoy facing new challenges every day.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Reception
  • Meeting and greeting patients and contractors
  • Answering incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Data entry
  • Filling
  • Post and mail management

Skills and experience:

  • Friendly customer service with a can do attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and mange competing deadlines.
  • Initiative and able to monitor and manage your own workload
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems and procedures with minimal training
