About the job

The Business Support team in Sydney is looking for a Candidate Manager to come and join the team. In the job, you will be sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including EAs, PAs, Receptionists, Administrators and Customer Service professionals. You will be working alongside and supporting 8 consultants that recruit across all of Sydney within the Banking and Financial Services Industry and helping them fill roles with their clients. They work on temporary and permanent positions and work on high volume recruits including Assessment Centres. You will be reporting to Tina Macroyannis who has been with Randstad for seven years, starting her Randstad journey in the Business Support division in Sydney and working her way up to an Executive Manager where she has managed teams in both Sydney and Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for you to join a very successful, motivated and fun team.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You have previous experience in recruitment admin/coordinator or resourcing and you are ambitious and eager to succeed. You thrive in a fast paced environment and working to targets, you are proactive and resilient and you are great at multi-tasking. You must be a great team player and love networking and building relationships.
