Administration – Financial Services (Big 4)

A valued client is currently going through an exciting phase of growth and as a result there are currently multiple opportunities available in one of their top performing offices in the heart of the CBD.

The role

As an Administration Officer you will be primarily responsible for going above and beyond for your customers through multiple channels (phone and email). There is a strong element of Data Entry / Administration involved in this role so a strong eye for detail is essential. You will also be responsible for;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities that have competing deadlines
  • Upholding the exceptional level of services our client is known and loved for
  • Ability to use multiple software packages simultaneously
  • Working within compliance guidelines and requirements
  • Directing customers to the correct department efficiently and professionally

About you

You will be a motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in the Australian Banking industry who lives and breathes providing a customer service experience that cannot be beaten.

  • Experience in a similar Administration role (Banking experience is preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to work well within a team and take direction from Team Leaders
  • Flexible availability - Monday to Friday, this is an on-going temporary opportunity (FULL TIME)
