You'll be working closely within a small team to ensure clients are looked after to the highest standard; having attention to detail and fantastic time management, while going above and beyond to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritising needs of clients
  • Ensuring timely turnaround on tasks
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Project co–ordination
  • Support Managing Director
  • Adherence to policies and procedures
  • Organise meetings and take minutes
  • Arrange travel requirements
  • Assist in planning events
  • Database management
  • Update company website and social media platforms

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Typing speed 70 wpm (minimum)
  • Advanced minute taking
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Show initiative and proactive
  • High level communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in making sound decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Possess a positive, resilient and focused attitude
  • Positive attitude, reliable and trustworthy personality
