Our client is a leader in the Financial Services industry, located in the Melbourne CBD area and seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to join their team. As part of this role you will require exceptional customer service, be a strong team player and have an eye for detail. With an office of over 200 staff your day will be full of activity and include a variety of tasks. Working in part of a collaborative team you will have the ability to bounce ideas and receive excellent support and training.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Updating customer information into database
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Providing customer statements
  • Liasing with stakeholders and assisting investors as required
  • Providing admin support to the Funds Management Team

Key selection criteria

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role - Investment or Banking industry is preferred
  • Strong data entry and administration skills
  • Some knowledge of accounts and reconciliation processing
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • High Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and use initiative
  • Demonstrating flexibility
  • Strong customer service skills
