About the Role:

In this role you will be the go-to person for all things office related. You will assist departments in areas such as, Marketing, Accounts receivable, Travel scheduling, Reception and other adhoc duties. Our Client is looking for someone with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant work exxperience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Office Administration Duties
  • Administrative support for management
  • Timesheet management
  • Data Entry
  • Travel arrangements
  • Coordination of Marketing materials

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in providing accurate and methodical accounting and administrative support
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong and articulate verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
