If you are in search of your next opportunity then look no further. This globally recognised organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD is now looking for an on-going Administration / Procurement Officer to step in and take charge.

Your days will be varied and will include:

  • Liaising with company stakeholders including sourcing information and assisting with analysing and managing any risk to the organisation
  • Maintaining records and reports in compliance with organisational requirements
  • Implementing contract management plans, as well as resolving issues, monitoring performance and negotiating through the use of effective supplier relationships
  • Covering the reception desk when necessary and coordinating the office facilities

An eye for detail and prior experience working in procurement is desirable, however full training will be provided.
