Randstad is currently looking for strong administration candidates to work at well known exciting FMCG companies across the Brisbane region. You will be apart of an exciting company that distributes wholefoods and beverages to a wide scale of companies across Australia.

Ideally you will have two years minimum experience in a FMCG administration or office role, you must be a fast learner and have a passion for administration and fast moving consumer goods.


  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • General reception duties
  • Data entry whilst taking enquiries
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2 years minimum in FMCG industries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 years minimum in administration
  • CRM software experience desired
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
