We are looking to fill a 6 month contract that has the potential to turn into a permanent position. This position is for an Administrator who will also be looking after accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a varied role with a wide range of duties. As such our client is looking for a candidate who has strong customer service, attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Main Duties:

  • Reception duties
  • Administration duties
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Customer service
  • Data entry
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Preferred experience and attributes:

  • High written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and liaising with debtors
  • Relevant experience in an accounts payable and accounts receivable role
  • Ability to work with a constant high volume of invoices
  • Promptly address invoices and workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to confidently provide accurate information in regular team meetings
