We are currently recruiting a number of the roles in the South East for experienced customer service operators. If you have worked in face to face or call center environments and are looking for a dynamic working place this could be the job for you!

The next superstar will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties:

  • Warmly handle inbound & outbound calls from customers
  • Manage accounts and relationships
  • Enter detailed information for warranties and repair
  • Ensure customers are updated regarding the progress of their job request
  • Obtain required paperwork from customers
  • Organise meeting locations, venues and lunches etc
  • Other general ad hoc administrative duties

An ideal candidate should be:

  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Bright, bubbly and have a “go-getter” attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail, fast & accurate typing speed
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
  • Highest level of professionalism
  • Available to commence ASAP!
