We are currently recruiting a number of the roles in the South East for experienced customer service operators. If you have worked in face to face or call center environments and are looking for a dynamic working place this could be the job for you!
The next superstar will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties:
- Warmly handle inbound & outbound calls from customers
- Manage accounts and relationships
- Enter detailed information for warranties and repair
- Ensure customers are updated regarding the progress of their job request
- Obtain required paperwork from customers
- Organise meeting locations, venues and lunches etc
- Other general ad hoc administrative duties
An ideal candidate should be:
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Bright, bubbly and have a “go-getter” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, fast & accurate typing speed
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
- Highest level of professionalism
- Available to commence ASAP!
