Your new role:

Your main aim will be to provide exceptional customer service to key clients, and to contribute to the operation of all divisions within the company. This is a varied role in a well established company, where no two days are the same.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders into SAP
  • Provide high quality and exceptional customer service
  • After sales support
  • Follow up on orders and liaise with freight regarding deliveries
  • Liaising with customers via email and social networks

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Similar customer service experience with a stable working history & reliability
  • A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
  • Proficient in using SAP for order entry will be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage your duties through wise planning and prioritisation
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
