Randstad is seeking a strong junior candidate to work as an administration support officer for a well known distribution company with over 100 sites Australia wide, offering career progression to motivated and enthusiastic candidates. This role will suit a candidate who is willing to learn on the job and put their best foot forward.

This exciting administration opportunity is located on the South side of Brisbane with onsite parking available, working between 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients
  • Interacting with sales representatives
  • Dealing with a variety of departments
  • Answering high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Providing administration support
  • Following up on orders
  • Data entry
  • Working to targets
  • Presenting packages

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in administration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate word and excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
