Our client is a Chartered Accounting firm located in Melbourne offering a range of services to their respected customers. This is a great opportunity if you are a receptionist or administrator working within the Accounting space who is looking for a role where they can further develop and enhance their administrative skillset, moving into a personal assistant role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing secretarial support to two Directors and HR Manager
  • Diary management, including appointments and meetings
  • Organising meetings, travel and catering where required
  • Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing all daily correspondence, phone calls, mail and emails
  • Event coordination
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting HR and marketing teams

To be successful you must present with the following:

  • 6 months of previous experience in a similar industry and role
  • Strong sense of customer focus and dealing with stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive work style and positive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications including Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
