Our client is a world class leader within the Manufacturing industry that pride themself on creativity and innovation. With an upcoming maternity leave vacancy, we are seeking a proactive and switched on sales administrator to fulfil a contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your administration skills.

This is a busy and diverse role which supports a team of sales representatives with administration support, customer service, product details, quotes and costing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and alter product specs for quoting and samples
  • Facilitate the creation of artworks
  • Manage work lists
  • Regularly liaise with sales reps and customers to provide all-round support
  • Place orders for new products
  • Make alterations to existing products
  • Assist reps with updating customer details
  • Communicate with and work alongside a number of different departments

Key attributes:

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Confident and able to communicate with all levels of the business
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
