Your New Company

The unique opportunity for a Adminstator role with growth into the permits or pre construction teams in the future, joining this highly reputable residential home building company. This company prides themselves on creating a seamless journey for their clientele throughout the home building process by employing an expert team.

Your New Role

A typical day in your new role will include an extensive range of customer service related activities to support the internal and external stakeholders, Meet and greet with Clients coming into the office. Make this role your own by creating and maintaining great relationships with clients who are building their new homes and undertaking one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Your duties will involve:

  • Carry out the primary reception duties including meeting and greeting guests and handling phone enquires.
  • Make travel, accommodation and venue bookings associated with conferences, seminars and events
  • Provide administrative support to management and other as directed, including data entry, filing, archiving and binding
  • Assist with preparation of agendas, papers and minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Assist with website administration and social media posts

What We Need From You

  • Experience with a Residential Home Building Company or within the industry is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive upbeat attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
  • Great written and oral communication
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite expertise
  • Be proactive
