We are working with a reputed client in the financial services industry who are looking for a Applications Support Lead across their Oracle Platforms.

About the Role

This person will be a technical support lead across different applications, mainly Online Banking & Credit Decisioning platforms. You will need to have the ability to understand how the code works, but it will be predominately hands off. Strong understanding of Problem, Incident & Risk Management and have the ability to drive technical outcomes and influence the people and customers around you.

Key Skills

  • 3-5+ years of Support and/or software development experience
  • Excellent Java and/or JavaScript programming skills
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services highly desired
  • Background in Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
  • Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery
  • Excellent social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects
  • Knowledge of Oracle Technologies (WEBLOGIC, FMW) is desirable
  • Knowledge of OWASP and other security vulnerabilities is a plus
