Be a part of a fantastic HR team to assist with recruitment within the federal government . A highly rewarding role, being responsible for running recruitment programs and other HR functions. A fantastic opportunity for a non-ongoing contract.


Your new role:


In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • Processes for non-SES recruitment activities, including coordinating submissions
  • Develop and deliver effective recruitment and selection process training to staff within the recruitment team
  • Preparing accurate and timely reporting for general recruitment programs
  • Participating in ongoing service improvement and the advancement of the e-recruitment system
  • Provide support to a small team
  • Building strong and effective partnerships with stakeholders both internal and external to business areas

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience with APS recruitment and eRecruit
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience running recruitment programs
