Area Manager

Sydney

Area Manager Position available for one of Australia’s leading after school providers. In this role you will be looking after 15 different OSHC services, therefore you must be experienced and confident in this role. Be part of an organisation that is truly guided by their values passion and connections with the community to contribute to children’s future success.

The role

As the area manager you will be a natural leader to drive the performance of the organisations centres around the Hills District and Western District. You will be reporting to the State Manager and responsibilities will include managing success and growth across the services in your region. Through managing and developing coordinators under your management you will help them to build relationships within their community.

You will be helping to implement quality practices within Before and After School Care which assists in Coordinators being able to exceed and offer the best service possible.

Inspiring others must be something you are truly passionate about as in this role you will be bringing out the best in educators to perform to the best of their ability and achieve their suitable targets.

You will be helping to implement operational plans annually with centres and respond to the industry requirements.
