My client is a successful Sydney broker who has experienced significant growth and success in a short amount of time - bringing a long-time plan to life when he opened his own broker firm. The genuine point of difference in his approach to the broker world has been his obsession with providing flawless customer service to his clients throughout their lending journey.

He takes great pride in educating and updating his clients at every stage of the home loan process and makes just as much time and effort for those that aren't actively buying but may be seeking advice and direction for future life decisions when it comes to property.

As a result, questions often begin with a 'why' instead of a 'when' and this approach to his customers has been a driving force behind much of his success and a philosophy he extends to his team.

As a result of this growth, they are looking for Junior Client Relationship Manager to to support him (the broker) and his back-office team who look after the loan process from lodgement to settlement.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Entry of loan applications into CRM (database & lodgement system)
- Complete file management and follow ups
- Client, lender and business contact liaison
- Client relationship management (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing)
- General office duties and assisting business partners

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar role or the personality to be successful in this type of role
- A high level of professionalism at all times
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively lenders and clients
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume, dynamic team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry skills and ability to learn quickly
- Highly organised

Genuine mentoring will be provided to the right candidate with the view to bring this person into a autonomous role in the next 12 months.
