Our client are recruiting for their Regulatory Reporting team, this role will engage and have cross exposure across multiple facets of the business.

Responsible for key capital deliverables, managing risks and controls associated with capital reporting.

Responsible for maintaining relations and contact with the offshore reporting team.

Implementation of new reporting standards and advising internal stakeholders on reporting requirements and new product approvals.

Significant time will be spent identifying and working to streamline or automate processes.

The successful Capital and Regulatory Reporting specialist should have the following skill set and experience:

  • Previous experience being responsible for capital or regulatory returns within the Banking industry
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is desired due to the technical Accounting nature of the role (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years in a Finance role within the Financial Services industry
  • Ability to engage and leverage off internal business units from Risk Management to the Data Analysis team
  • Capacity and strength in character to comfortably engage with senior management
  • Seeking a curious mind with strong leadership, and proactive qualities
