  • Managing a Broker support team
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory & compliance requirements changes that are made over the course of normal business

My client is looking for a broker support team leader based in Central Sydney(CBD) to come in and manage a mortgage broker support team. The role will involve ensuring that the service levels are met for the lead inbound and outbound call centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with mortgages, be an outstanding communicator and show that they have solid people leadership skills. To be considered from this role you will have an understanding of the home loan process.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a Broker support team
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory & compliance requirements changes that are made over the course of normal business

Our client is ideally looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage/home loan process
  • Effective leadership skills Degree or post graduate degree preferable
  • Good team player
