Based in Homebush, this company has just won a major contract that will see them ramp up to support 500 field technicians servicing up to 5000 jobs per day. To cater for this increase in work, a new Workforce planning manager and a team of analysts are being recruited.

This role will provide support the Workforce planning and optimisation centre in terms of reporting, continuous improvement and quality control.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the field, client and internal stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations and determine continuous improvement processes
  • Anticipate, identify and address any potential discrepancies / issues that may arise
  • Manage and monitor the completion of project milestones against KPIs and goals
  • Build ad hoc dashboards / metrics / performance reports

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Knowledge of Project management requirements and skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business, data analystics or IT
  • Experience working in an operations / workforce management centre
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • SQL report writing skills
  • Ability to gather, analyse and document business needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Strong focus on WHS&E
  • Provide and ensure sufficient resources and training to implement HSEQ systems on projects
  • Ensure risk management activities are undertaken on the Contract
  • Sign off reports on incidents notified to state HSEQ authorities
  • Ensure robust incident and hazard management processes in place for the contract and effectiveness monitored.
