The Company

Our client is an industry leader in the Document Management & Managed Print space. They offer a wide demographic of products from MFD’s all the way to certain types of software. Their efficient systems and resources parallelled with their hard work and passionate staff make their product and overall service second-to-none. It is due to extreme growth that they are looking to add an experienced business development manager to join their Brisbane based Sales team.


The Role

Based in Brisbane, the role of Business Development Manager will report directly to the Sales State Sales Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Hunting and developing new business as well as maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
  • Implementing sales strategies and both grow the company and accommodate our customers needs.
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Weekly reporting
  • Being the initial contact regarding customer technical queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the CRM reporting system



Your Profile

Ideally, you will have experience in the either the document and print management space or the software space. Having a great network of contacts and being well established in the QLD market will be seen has highly advantageous. You will also have highly developed communication skills and proven history in establishing and growing relationships. You will be results driven and used to creating and implementing sales plans to reach sales targets. You will be used to working autonomously.

In return, you will be paid a highly competitive base salary as well as superannuation. You will also receive a vehicle allowance, along with an extremely lucrative commission structure, the OTE is essentially up to you! You will be part of a high-performing, resilient and friendly team. You will be supported by a leadership team committed to your ongoing development and success.
