My client is seeking an organised ‘Business Development Manager’ to drive the sales of their innovative product line. We are looking for an energetic hospitality professional who is hungry for sales and ready to develop their career within a very successful and rapidly growing company.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experienced working with KPI’s
  • Industry knowledge/ background in Hospitality
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

The key duties/responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing new and existing accounts
  • Identifying business opportunities and acquiring new accounts
  • Implementing new sales strategies
  • Diligently performing duties and meeting KPI’s
  • Working in accordance with the company values
  • Presenting new products to clients while maintaining and enhancing client relationships
  • Consistent awareness of competitor market and acting upon market trends
  • Conducting follow-up methods with clients after all proposals and meetings
