Randstad are currently recruiting for an international tech client who very high profile and a brand that most people love and know!! We want you to help our client during this upcoming busy period to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate your passion for these products. In this role you will be taking calls from customers who have recently purchased a client product and work with them to ensure the product is delivered on time. These products have a fantastic reputation in the market and are a leader in their industry on a global scale. Products you will be discussing with customers include mobiles, tablets, laptops and personal computers.

These are entry level positions as full training is provided. However we are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals who are happy to take a consultative approach with their customers. A background in call centre or customer service based role is very desirable. This role is not commission based sales as customer service is the first priority you are paid on an hourly rate. The main measure of success is customer satisfaction and feedback.

Role details:

  • Start date: 6th August 2018
  • 6 month contract with possible extension
  • Full availability required between Monday to Friday: 7am to 9pm and Saturday: 9am to 6pm.
  • 5 days per week on a rotating roster - 38 hours total - $21.20 per hour + penalty rates
  • Brisbane CBD location - easily accessible by train and public transport

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Willingness to go above and beyond with the customer
  • Build rapport with customers and create excitement about the brand
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate and type over 30WPM
  • Interest in technology products desirable
