My Client is looking for there next Call Centre Manager, who can lead and inspire there Telemarketers within to achieve KPI’s and smash results! This role is an exciting opportunity to grow with an award winning national business and build upon an already successful call centre! You will need to be able to train and develop as well as be ready to manage and create the growth within the business.

The Role:

To be successful for this role you must have Management experience within a Call Centre / telecommunications.

  • Managing a team of 4-8 telemarketers
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • B2B Sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
  • KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
  • Quality assurance to enhance the customer experience
  • Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
  • CRM data management for effective lead generation

About you:

You must have Management experience have a drive for KPI’s and Out Bound sales! Ready to lead and inspire a team!

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the telco industry
  • 2+ year leading a team in a call sales centre environment, outbound preferred
  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in CRM data management
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative and thinks outside the box
  • Highly motivated for success and exceed targets
