- A Team leader of 25+ Teacher/s, Diploma Trained and Certificate III Trained Educators, Support Workers (e.g. Cook, Trainees).


- Report to organisation's Support Team and be responsible in overseeing the operations of the service, whilst leading, guiding, and supporting a team of Educators, Children and their Families within the local community.
- Ready 2 Learn values quality, thus the successful applicant will always be striving for the best in everything they do!


For example, this would include:
- Effectively managing the day to day running of the service by working alongside educator
- Efficiently using online platforms such as; Qikkids, CCMS, CCS, Tanda
- Lead, manage and implement compliance following the National Quality Framework, and the Australian Education and Care Services National Law and NSW Regulations
- Continually develop the Quality Improvement Plan alongside Educators, and look for ways to improve the quality of the service we offer our children and their families
-Continue to implement and embed Centre Policies and Procedures
- Inspire, support and empower Educators to deliver a high quality educational program to our children and their families
-Manage a budget and Centre presentation


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience as both an Educator and Centre Director
· Degree in Early Childhood Teaching
· Holds a current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
· Holds a cleared Working with Children Check (WWCC)
· DEC approved child protection training certificate
· Acceptance of role of Nominated Supervisor under the Children (Education and Care Services).
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework & Early Year’s Learning Framework

· Would like the applicant to have some understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach
