As an inspiring and leading centre manager, it is of key importance to adopt an open door policy with team members, families and the community alike. Adopting and going above and beyond to solidify these relationships is essential to be successful within this role as well as mentoring staff weekly.

The service prides themselves into their vast outdoor spaces and teaching of sustainability, creating a fresh outlook on learning and developing. ‌This allows the centre to grow with its team and develop successfully and creating a positive learning culture, not only for the children but for all.

The role:

  • Great time management, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly
  • Upkeep of the service including finances, rosters and staff management
  • Maintaining the success of the centre and learning culture
  • Build and sustain relationships with families and the community
  • Adapt to outdoor learning and lifestyle

Key essentials:

  • Minimum Diploma Qualified
  • Same/similar experience in a managerial role
  • Valid First Aid
  • Valid CPR
  • Asthma & Anaphylaxis management certificate
  • Valid Police check (12 months) or willing to obtain
  • WWCC
