job description

As a leading and inspiring centre manager, people skills are at upmost importance. For this role it is desirable for the candidate to be passionate about creating a positive and professional learning culture whilst taking time to inspire and mentor team members effectively. Experience with programming, rosters and staff management is also vital. The ideal candidate will have the welfare of the centre, families and the community at the heart of their work and drive to maintain the success of the centre from day to day.

The role:

  • Mentoring and inspiring team members
  • Upkeep of the service including finances, rostering and programming
  • Maintaining the success of the service

Key essentials:

  • Complete set tasks within time frames with the ability to make tasks fun and interesting
  • Be Diploma qualified alongside First Aid, Anaphylaxis and asthma training certificate
  • Have a valid Supervising Officer certificate or willing to obtain
  • Take the initiative to build relationships with families and the community
