The client, a well recognised market leader in the Manufacturing Industry, is looking for a Change Analyst to join their busy and complex environment, and support the Deployment Lead, Change and Communications Manager, and the Project Team in delivering the change, communication and training plans at a local and international level.

The Change Analyst will have a strong focus on:

  • Facilitating and developing Change Impact Assessments to identify and analyse the programme impacts
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Coach business leaders and staff to uplift change capability
  • Be able to measure the effectiveness of change with a focus on continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in supporting Change Management, Training and Internal Communications across large scale projects.
  • Change Management certification, e.g. Prosci / PCI
  • 3+ years’ experience in Communications/HR/OD/Change Management
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
